I applied for PNP paper based PR from Alberta on July 6, 2018. My medical was passes on May 28, 2019 and my status changed from “In process” to “Application Received”. I called CIC, they said you application has been transferred to Calgary visa office from Sydney, NV. Will this cause a delay? Why they transferred my application?
