I applied for a visitors visa online on August 3. My visa application was approved on August 11 and I sent my passport to the CPC in Ottawa directly from the US on August 14 (did not use VAC). I have not yet received my passport and there is no way for me to track it. Has any one else been in a similar position or had a similar experience? How long does it take for the passport to be returned after it has been approved? I need my passport urgently and I have no way of contacting the CPC in Ottawa. Any advice?
