Thanks for taking time to read this. I lodged my citizenship application on Aug 2019 & cleared the citizenship test on Mar 2020. I traveled from Sydney to India within few days after the test. Still am in India and so my application is not approved .
Not to mention, The citizenship application will be approved only when the candidate is in Australia. I was also told that the whole process must finish within 12 months from the test date. I may not be able to enter Australia before March 2021 due to the travel restrictions. Could you please advise further steps that I must do to keep my application active?
How can i let the department know about my situation?
