Any Software tester getting invite recently and can we apply for new ACS as software engineer?

Hello guys,

Any of the software tester getting invite from NSW or VIC recently?

We have submitted our EOI on 70 points for VIC and NSW in software tester code already so can we now go for ACS as a software engineer in order to apply in 189 visa class? will it imapct?
