Added Experience after EA assessment

Hi...I am planning on doing EA assessment. To apply for visa i will require 5 years of experience but i currently have 4.8 yrs. Should i wait for EA or i can do the EA assessment as EA takes almost 4 months.Will DIBP accept the added 4 months later when i apply and provide point on basis of that?

The best practice will be to wait. However, certain Skills Assessment agencies allow you to use continues after assessment employment period to claim points, subject to evidence of employment being provided. I can't comment on EA - better enquire directly.
