ACS expiry

Respected All I am planning to submit EOI by next week and want to claim spouse points but unluckily her ACS is gng to be expired on 8th July 2017.Although we have applied for reassessment but we are not sure in how much time ACS will provide the outcome.my question is, should i submit EOI with spouse's existing ACS (valid till 8th July) and once we receive a new outcome from ACS with extended validity, we upload the same? or should we wait for New ACS outcome and then submit EOI? Thanks in advance

ACS expiry is date when your ICT skills assessment from Australian Computer Society (ACS) is no longer valid for the purposes of skilled migration to Australia.
