55 points NSW : Job Code 233311 Electrical Engineer
I need guidance I have submitted my application for EA assesment for job code 233311 Electrical Engineer. I am from Pakistan
I am preparing for next step EOI.
My points are:
1.Ielts: 8 overall but 7.5 W, 7.5 S, 8.5 W, 9 R
are 10.
2.Education: 15
3. Experience: 0 (2 years)
4. Age: 30
Grand Total: 55
Q1. What states should I apply for quick response in terms of invitation currently I am considering NSW. ALso can I apply for multiple states ?
Q2. Should I improve Ielts score to achieve total 65 to get quicker response time?
Q3. Should 0 experience effects any decision for invitation ?

1. Yes you can have multiple EOIs. File separate EOIs for each state you wish yo apply and have a separate EOI for 189 as well
2. It is always good to be in the higher pointers slot as that increases the chance of securing the invitation early
3. Not having experience would not impact whatsoever. Relax
your Ielts is perfect , 190 visa sponsor state might expect some amount of experience. And improving IELTS score is a daunting task, try PTE it is a good route for high scoring.

Dear you can apply in victoria also with current IELTS score.
Azee bro they say that u should have sufficient funds to show which is 35000 dollars meaning 25 lakhs .... I dont have that kind of money !
I am on the same situation. Now I have just applied to EA and I intend to do the EOI as soon as possible. However, I would like to know exactly how would be my chances because I got a 7/7/7/6 in my last IELTS test and, because of that I wasnt granted with extra points, getting only a 55 points in my proccess. The main difference to my case when comparing to the one said by the friend of Pakistan that I got the maximum score for my experience of 14 years as engineer.
I would have to be invited by NSW state that is the only one that accepts my profile but I am not sure if there is a real chance to get the visa in a case like mine.

Would you like to share your current status? I also have a same profile. I have IELTS 10 points, Edu 15 points, Age 30 points. Can I expect NSW would pick me with that score as an electrical engineer. What is the timeline now-a-days?

I have been still waiting for invitation for 1 year 2 month (since 15 May 2016).

3. Experience: 15 (10 years)
4. Age: 25
Grand Total: 55
Sir why not go for Ielts again or try luck in PTE ! You only need 7 each and you are good to go for 189.
