@ravjit wow congrats am still waiting on my 489 visa grant as well applied Oct/13/2016 Co contacted 3 times hopefully any day now I will get some good news fingers crossed. Good luck everyone

@ravjit no I emailed them and I called their immigration centre in Ottawa, Canada they told me to email them all I got was an automated email response back

I'm waiting since 5th August 2016 still no update. I even called DIBP. The only answer I received is.....please have patience.

Hi everyone, I applied on 12 Aug 16 with 65 points for 489 visa..CO contacted 3 times..employee verification done in Dec 16.., Also asked for UK PCC (though, I was there in U.K. More than 10 years back for 3 years)..has submitted form 815 (health declaration) on 14 Jan 17 as requested by CO..On 17 Jan17, CO asked some clarification for gap between education and during education, how I supported myself financially, responded well on 19 Jan 17....Still waiting for grant.. Can anyone guide or has similar experience...

Hi Friends, Following this forum for past 1 month and I see several people waiting for grant! My wife & I are waiting for status: - Place South Australia - 489Visa Application lodged on 28/10/2016 - CO assigned and first query on 09/11/2016 (we responded on 23/11/2016) - PCC submitted on 23/11/2016 - Medical Checks Report submitted on 23/11/2016 (Medical Panel submitted it after 10 days) - Awaiting Status! Have not followed up even once, because YAxis who is our agent suggested (and even the ImmiAccount portal says so) that no query would be responded and so wait & watch is the only option.

Yesterday I got a call from Australia High Commission Delhi and the officer asked me about all the details about my previous company...present company...roles and responsibilities...salary..etc. Now..waiting for the grant.
