476 recognized graduate visa

Hi, its Abdur Razzaq. I have applied for 476 recognized graduate visa on 23rd December 2015 but yet I didn't get final decision. today it is 1 year since I have applied for this visa but my luck is i think the worst. Now I have planning to withdraw my application. Is there anyone can advice me on my case please? Many Thanks Regards Abdur
