261313, score 60, IELTS 6, Any hope for 189 or NSW190

My friend(261313) was invited by NSW with score 55 + 5 by the end of last year. But when it came to 2016, it seemed without IELTS band 7, you would never be invited by NSW. As for 189, the last time score 60 (261313) was invited would be traced back to Feb. of 2016.

I don't think it's true. If you have total 60 points then with IELTS 6 band some people got invitation. Hope for good.

I am a 60 pointer too. Applied for 189 in december 2016. Any hope??

Itseems that is the ambiguity in everybody's mind,whether there is hope for any invite? I have 60+5 points heard NSW is only looking at 65+5 now, please shed some light on this.
