Can anybody tell the last one year trend of score limit for issuing these visa in 489 and 190 category for victoria or other states?

I dont know the trend, but in my case, I got invite for 234112 from Victoria at 65 points in Jan-2019

234112, 60+5, VIC, got invitation in June 2019 (took one month). Onshore application.
