Applied for 190 visa on 9th Sep’17 for QA Manager with 65 points. Case officer contacted in Oct’17 and all details were provided in Nov’17.

not really, taking into account the fact that average is about 120-150 days as of now, plus the fact that you have been contacted by CO in November, i would not expect much till as a minimum april 2018, you can then try to reach out to them.
