190 Visa Query

Hello sir, I am currently at 60 points, I want to ask that if I apply for 190 visa. Would I get nominated, because then I would have 65 points. I am mechanical engineer and have 3.5 years field related experience. Looking forward for kind suggestions. Thanks alot

I think at this stage 60 pointers almost have no chance.
