Can some one help to know ,whta the issue why the delay would be.
For my case also same.too much delay.lodged 6th sep 2016
Same for me I lodged visa on 2nd sept 2016 emp verification done on 3rd Jan 2017 responded on same day by employer, but still no response or Grant.
Did u tried to contact CO or dibp?

how did you came to know about emp verification.I have not contacted CO or DIPB as i have applied visa through agent
