I was granted the visa last week and was given 1 month for my initial entry! I am not able to travel because my company will not allow such urgent vacation. (They did reject this today) I should submit 3 months notice for any vacation request. And I was told that the visa will be cancelled if I did not travel within this month.
Beside, they have attached a document detailing condition #8504 which says that they know that this is a very short period and they understand if I can’t make it in time. However, failure of complying with this visa condition “can render a visa liable for cancellation”. Is there a real risk for not complying with this rule? I am living in Saudi and the rules here state that if the company did not permit me to travel, I can’t leave the country. Please advise
