189 Visa eligibilty
Dear all,
I have 5.3 years postive skill assessment report from EA as Mechanical Engineer. But one months I have left my job as mechanical engineer. I am preparing for CAT along with helping my brother in his start up.
Now my question is I am eligible to claim 10 points even though I am not working in my profile at the time of lodge. How negatively it will hamper my case. Or DIBP is only concerned that I have 5.3 years experience in last ten years in reputed MNC. Doesnt matter what i am doing at the time of lodgement untill I full fill the criteria. Please Guide??
