189 Visa Documents

Dear All, I am very close to lodge my visa application. I have query?? I am ready with all the documents except Birth certificate of my wife. Suvidha kendra employees(Department which issues BC's) of my state are on indefinite strike from last 2 months. However I have her school leaving ceritificate, degree, passport, marriage, National identification card, DL and all other documents where her date of birth is clealry mentioned, As she is co apllicant and i am not claiming any points for her age or education. Do i really need to worry about the birth certificate of my Wife or DIBP officer will understand my circumstances?? I also have slip of application for BC. Kindly advice

no need to worry about the BC usually in the absence of the BC applicants upload the Grade 10 Marksheet and certificate
