Hi,
I observed that Case officer has not been alloted for 189 visa applications lodged after 26 November 2017 and seems to be kept on hold post this date for unknown reasons. Whereas earlier, a decision or case officer would be allotted within a span of 3 months from the date of application in most cases, instant case is surprising.
Any insight on reasoning for the same would be highly helpful.
