189 required forms(partner included)

Hi there, i have applied for an invitation under 189. I have added my partner in the invitation but i am not claiming any points. I have a question regarding the required forms for the process. I have read that form 80 and form 1221 are required for each one of us. However, i would like to know if there are any other forms that i need to be aware of in order to submit my application. Thanks a lot for your help!.
