189 Grants Brisbane CO Team vs Adelaide CO Team

Can't see Brisbane CO team issuing any grants post April 2017. Any clue guys why only Adelaide CO team is issuing grants ?

i am waiting my 190 grant from one year two months & 29 days. total 454 days..... from GSM brisbane. Basically they are killing a person who is decided to satellited in their country.. i don't have any words to motivate you...
