Hi all… I submitted 189 EOI in queensland on 8/11/17 with 65 points in 254499 category. I still have got no reply from immigration. My lawyer says its gonna take more time. Actually, currently I am on visitor visa which expires on 5th of march so I am worried because my time is running out. Pls advise me how can i prolong my stay untill i get an invitation. I have already extrnded visitor visa 2 times. Also recently i talked to a friend who with 60 points got invitation in 20 days. She applied from victoria. So, i am wondering like what is going on with my application?? why is it taking more than 3 months with 65 points and still no news from immigration?? Also if I apply for NSW state sponse how long is that gonna take?? N what if i do not fulfill the condition if living n working for 2 years in NSW?? Is that going to cause a problem later on??
