Hi I submitted my EOI with 70 points for 263111 wife added including 5 points. Now I got to know that my wife is pregnant what is my situation. can any one help. I am scared if I get invited in next round.

First of all congratulations.

There is nothing to be scared of, there are many applicants under similar circumstances.

You can continue with your case, once you get an invite, you can lodge your visa and then:

Option 1: Do the medicals, including x-ray (doctors may not recommend it, and you personally may decide not to do x-ray while pregnant) Option 2: notify CO that your wife is pregnant, your CO will then put your case on hold until your baby is born, once baby is born your wife and your newborn medicals will be done, you will submit newborn passport too.
