Earlier, in 2019, I have applied to ACS for Software tester-261314.
Now, I am looking to file again for Software Engineer code- 261313.
1- If I apply with the same Login credentials now for 261313 (Software Engineer), which I used while filing for 261314 (Software tester), will it matter by any means?
2- If I apply with another mail account, then my Passport number and mobile number would be same as what was there in earlier ACS. So, obviously, ACS will find this in their Database.
Which option is best to apply?? Or please guide me for anything which I am missing.
