Can some one please clarify the last submitted date and date of effect in EOI. I submitted my application for 189/190 in July and the points changed in November after the new point system. My DOE is showing 18/11 will my application be taken into account from July or November?

I guess its from November now… same is my case. So now our application will get evaluated with November people. this is as per my knowledge.
