How much time does it take for BC-PNP approval after you have a job offer and submitted all documents after receiving invitation.

So I applied for the BC PNP under the EEBC-healthcare professional stream. I did not need to wait for invitation to apply for it as this is the Healthcare Professional stream.

Submitted my application to BCPNP on 19th Jan 2020, and approval on 22nd Jan 2020, nomination received straight away on my IRCC account EE profile. And I accepted it and got 600 points straight away,
