262112- 65 points can get EOI

I applied for 262112 with 65 points on 3 Nov 2017. Is it possible for me to get EOI? If i can, how long it takes? Is non-prorata can be picked for 65 points.

Current estimates suggest that a non pro rata EOI with 65 points lodged 6 months ago can expect to receive an invite in approximately 9 months time from now.
